VIDEO: Cris Carter Told Players To Get A “Fall Guy” If They Get In Trouble

August 24, 2015 By Nick A.

So, last night I was killing time and ended up watching a rerun of Cris Carter’s “Football Life”. I’ve seen it before and again walked away impressed

by the changes this man made to turn around his life and become one of the greatest players ever to play the game of football.

Then I woke up and read an article (and watched a video) about how Carter was giving future NFL players advice on how to avoid trouble at the annual NFL rookie orientation. Carter’s speeches at the rookie event is no secret, as it’s well documented that he shares his story of struggles and redemption. It’s good to see that Carter has taken responsibility for what he has said, but it makes you wonder if he’s just doing it because this video is out there now and if he’s said this in year’s past.
