Seriously, how were the New Orleans Saints okay with this?

Drew Brees decided he’d have one last adrenaline rush before the regular season by going on a little excursion with survival specialist Bear Grylls.
The quarterback joined Grylls on his NBC show “Running Wild With Bear Grylls” and participated in some non-football activities such as:
- Crocodile tackling (I like how Bear asks Drew, “have you ever jumped on the back of a croc before?” As if it was so normal.)
- Cave rappelling
- Jumping out of a helicopter
- Climbing a bat cave
Brees grew up in Texas, so most likely he was exposed to camping, some hiking and maybe a little pond swimming. But that’s a big difference from the jungle he explored with Grylls.
