Harrison posted this interesting video to his Instagram account on Thursday. Sure it looks like a regular game of volleyball before you start watching the video, but the moment you hit play, you realize that they’re not playing with an ordinary volleyball.
They’re tossing a medicine ball over the net.
Yep, a nice and heavy 10 pound medicine ball is being thrown over the net with ease by all four of these men. The other participants in this newly formed game are Ryan Shazier, Vince Williams and safety Robert Golden.
Just watched them toss and catch that thing made me throw out my back. Ouch.
